On the top of the hill

On the top of the hill, sitting under a leafy autumn oak I looked back to my youth years and found out all the time I have wasted, minutes, hours, days, months...following foolish things, and friends, vanish desires and pointless projects leading to nothing...
bad companies
weak character
low profile
so much time I spent that I would deny...
If only I had listened to the adults,
if only I had a little vision of the future...
time teaches they say...
it is not completely true...
time, experience, knowledge
and good thoughts teach...
we should come to the light as old wise beings to cherish our infancy sensibly
